The complete nailing line consists of the assembly of one or more nailing machines with different types of auxiliary equipment to obtain, through a fully automated process, a finished product. The used CHT nailing line in question consists of:

  • CHT conveyor nailer - built with a high-strength tubular steel structure, complete with quick-disassembly dies and 26 galvanised steel nailing pliers with single pneumatic clamping, it is equipped with a high power output capable of guaranteeing precise and fast processing. All operating sequences are controlled by P.L.C.
  • 90° Pallet Turner (GP 90)
  • Stacker unit

This used model of the LINEA CHT belt nailing line (ref. 002) complies with EU safety regulations.
Please note that all used equipment is checked and, if necessary, restored directly by the company before being sold.
